一、Product Introduction： 

Product overview:
Fluorine centrifugal pump of the third generation of improved products, is in accordance with international standards and with non metal pump design and manufacturing technology for long-term delivery of any of the concentration of strong acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidizing agents and other corrosive media, the shell with metal shell lined with poly fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) and flow components with all the plastic (PTFE, FEP) alloy made, the advantages of a variety of plastic pump set, with high corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength, aging, no toxin decomposition characteristics. In structure design, bold the shaft diameter, shorten the cantilever ratio, eliminating the defect of chemical pump, and improves the operation stability, reduce the maintenance cost and operation cost, import and export of the pump are used steel reinforcement to enhance the resistance to pressure of the pump. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, non oxidation, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life and so on.
Features:
1.THF fluorine lined centrifugal pump is designed according to international standard and tech of nonmetal pump, with characteristics of anti-corrosion, abrasion resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength and energy-efficient.
2.Many options of material on pump body, like casting iron, carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, etc. Fluoroplastic (PTFE, FEP and PFA) is the most superior anti-corrosive materials in the nowadays world, be free from corrosive medium of any concentration of acid, lye, oxidants, etc.
3.We use CFD computational fluid dynamics to design hydraulic components and the module. Pump body, pump cover, impeller are molded pressing and then sintered. With characteristics of wide flow, high efficiency, good NPSH, small radial force, accurate size, smooth channel and good interchangeability.
4.The shaft seal can use external mounted mechanical seal, our independent research 179 single face, double end face mechanical seal, the sealing surface is made of silicon carbide,SSIC, with API682 machine seal flushing plan, to achieve delivery requirements of various media.
5.Horizontal mount, compact structure, low voice, small vibration, small occupation and stable operation.no need to dismount pipe, easier maintenance.
Application：
Widely applied to many fields or processes like petroleum, chemical, acid, alkali, rare earth, smelting, pesticides, dyes, medicine, paper making, electroplate, electrolysis, acid pickling, radio, formed foil, research organizations and national defense, etc. Particularly be applicable to delivery medium of flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, strong acid and alkali, organic solvents and other expensive liquids, etc.

Applicable temperature：-20～120℃，can be up to 180℃ if using new type material.
NOTES：Please indicate during ordering if the proportion of medium is lagger than 1.3mg/cm . No idling running. No delivering medium with particles or crystalline.
