TYF fluoroplastic submerged pump is in accordance with the national standards for the design, suitable for long-term delivery of any of the concentration of strong acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidizing agents and other corrosive medium, the shell, the competent, outlet pipe and flow components are used plastic alloy (PTFE, FEP) moulding and sintering made, pump main machine parts are arranged in the liquid, with resistant, corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength, no oxidation, no toxin decomposition characteristics. Reasonable design, compact structure, reliable performance, convenient use and maintenance, high efficiency, high efficiency, high efficiency and energy saving, won the provincial excellent products and excellent new product award.
Features：
1.TYFfluoroplastic submerged pump is new type anti-acid submerged centrifugal pump of samll flow, low head, full sealing, no leakage, no pollution and energy-efficienty.
2.The flowing-passed components like pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller, distance sleeve, etc, are all made of superior stainless steel or special materials.
3. Fluoroplastic (PTFE, FEP and PFA) is the most superior anti-corrosive materials in the nowadays world, be free from corrosive medium of any concentration of acid, lye, oxidants, etc.
4.No shaft seal. Shaft sleeve, sleeve bearings are made of graphite and PTFE material with good characteristic of superior wear resistance and high temperature resistance, lubrication groove setting, which guarantee the pump’s working life.
5. No need of independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.
6.Vertical mount, compact structure, low voice, small vibration, small occupation and stable operation.
Application：Widely applied to many fields or processes like petroleum, chemical, acid, alkali, rare earth, smelting, pesticides, dyes, medicine, paper making, electroplate, electrolysis, acid pickling, radio, formed foil, research organizations and national defense, etc. Particularly applicable to delivery strong corrosive medium of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, etc.
Performance range：Design pressure：0.6Mpa; Flow：1.8-100m3/h；Head：1.5-50m；Power：1.5-45kw
Applicable temperature：-20～120℃, can be up to 180℃ if using new type material.
NOTES：Please indicate during ordering if the proportion of medium is largger than 1.3mg/cm3. No idling running. No delivering medium with particles or crystalline.
